Chocolate School

Learn how to: Hand temper chocolate on marble | Make moulded chocolates | Create fruit filled & infused broken chocolate | Produce hand tempered chocolate shells, filled chocolates and caramels.

The COCO Chocolate School runs on the first Saturday of each month as a two-hour session. Private, corporate, friend and schools groups are warmly catered for. Please contact us for more information. 

The COCO school day is full of chocolate making in a fun and friendly environment of our Chocolate Kitchen in Edinburgh. Each school is limited to ten delegates and is run by our amazingly talented COCO team to ensure individual attention as well as creating a welcoming group environment.

The day begins with a brief introduction to cocoa and the history of chocolate. We discuss the tree and its delicious fruit and cultivation. Then the chocolate making begins…

Delegates will:
• Learn how to hand temper chocolate on marble
• Make moulded chocolates
• Make fruit filled & infused broken chocolate
• Make hand tempered chocolate shells & produce filled chocolates and caramels

We encourage you to taste everything you make during the class! At the end of the class, each delegate will receive a selection of chocolate made on the day.
